Why use Quicktest plus ME?
Quicktest plus ME offers the same scope of possible tests as Quicktest plus, but it has the added advantage of being equipped with electronic pressure transducers.
As a result, you can use the tester not only as a standalone device but also in a computer-assisted manner, with all data being recorded via the Equipment Management program, which is included in the scope of delivery. Apart from guaranteeing perfect, tamper-proof data documentation, computer-assisted tests are particularly accurate as the electronic pressure transducers have a 0.5 accuracy class.
Out of the box, the tester is intended for pieces of equipment that have round-thread connectors/ports and Euro couplings. We also offer a broad range of optional adapters, making it possible to test a wide variety of equipment with other connector/port types from a large number of manufacturers.
Full-face masks are strapped onto the inflatable dummy head for the required tests. The head, which comes with a clamp for fastening it to a table or a workbench, ensures that the masks sit properly on a human-like face during testing.
BCD testing upgrade
If you opt for the BCD testing upgrade, which is retrofittable, Quicktest plus will come with an additional low-pressure gauge, a BCD testing adapter and a BCD testing hose, letting you perform leak tests and safety-valve opening-pressure tests on buoyancy compensator devices.
